ROLE TITLE : Business Development – Executive/ Senior Executive
REPORTING TO : Director, Sales – Middle East, Africa and Asia
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 1 year to 3 years of experience.
LOCATION : Bangalore, Karnataka
OBJECTIVES of ROLE : Comprehensive Account Mapping and Lead Generation in Telecom Service
Providers in Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES /TASKS:
Market Analysis of telecom landscape in the Asian continent.
Monitor competitors’ strategy, growth, market presence etc.
Generate awareness of Pelatro’s excellence in the CVM domain amongst
potential customers.
Generate leads via multiple outreach channels like cold calling, emails,
LinkedIn connects, personal connects etc.
The candidates is expected to slowly mature in handling the end to end Sales
cycle, i.e. from lead generation to contract closure.
SKILLS:
Engineering background is must (even for MBA candidate).
Strong understanding of the technologies like Analytics, AI/ML, Customer
Engagement etc.
Strong command over English (spoken and writing).
Exceptional inter-personal skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Hands-on on tools like MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power point etc.).
Go-getter attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Strong accountability on the assigned work.
Target oriented.
